We receive and store any information you enter on MOVERS CENTRE Application/ Websites or give us in any other way such as during registration, accessing your account or profile, submitting queries or as part of a survey or competition or utilising customer support or communicate with us or requesting a quotation for services or purchasing or using our products or services. Due to such actions, you supply us with your (i) name, postal address, email address, Location Data, phone numbers, (ii) data necessary to process your payment (including the credit card/payment instrument information and personal security code associated with your credit card) for on-line purchases or to make requests for a quotation for our services and purchases, to apply for a refund, or to communicate with customer services regarding a refund to the credit card/payment instrument, (iii) name and contact information for the sender and addressee, their delivery address for the subscriber or make purchases of our products and services. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to utilise many of the features of our applications/website.
There are various personal information and data that are collected by our Application/Website automatically during the use by the user of the application/website. This information includes the IP address used to connect your computer or device to the internet, computer and connection information such as browser type, version, time zone and other computer software installed on the device, phone number used to contact our customer service department, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, purchase history, the features you use and pages accessed and web sites visited. We collect technical information to help us identify your device for fraud prevention and diagnostic purposes, such as any problems with the product and settings, error reports including data as to the type and severity of the problem, and details of software and hardware related to an error, contents of files you were using when an error occurred and data about other software on the device.
We collect precise or approximate location data from drivers' and delivery persons' mobile devices when the app is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen).
We may receive information about the user from various other sources, including but not limited to third-party sources about updated delivery and contact address data from third parties, which are used to update our records and deliver your next purchase more easily; Our vendors help us determine a location based on your IP address to allow customisation of certain products to your location etc.
3. USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
We shall collect and use your personal information and other non-personal information for the following purposes which as stated herein below:-
a) process transactions requested by customers, including e-commerce and mobile transactions,
b) Process information from customer to verify the identity of the customer to enable us to provide access to all areas of the customer accessible sections within applications/ website.

B. BUSINESS TRANSFER
We may share your information, including your Protected Information and Usage Information with our parent, subsidiaries and affiliates for internal reasons. We also reserve the right to disclose and transfer all such information: (i) to a subsequent owner, co-owner or operator of the Services or applicable database; or (ii) in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, restructuring, the sale of substantially all of our membership interests and/or assets or other corporate change, including, during the course of any due diligence process.
C. WHEN YOU AGREE TO SHARE INFORMATION WITH A THIRD PARTY

Your personal information you have provided to us will be stored in the PostgreSQL database, and the database server is located in an AWS Server in the Sydney region, the purpose of which is to manage the business relationship with you in accordance with the provisions of the local data protection laws. However, the customer relationship and the personal data, if any is held with (local server providers) can be accessed or communicated to groups or affiliated companies related to us. ALLMOVERS will manage the customer relationship with you, and any marketing materials can be provided, in accordance with your preferences, by us as Controller or by the local entity as a processor on behalf of us.
6. SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be secured by taking security measures that are commensurate with the sensitivity of the personal data processed. To this end, we maintain appropriate physical, technical, and administrative security measures with a view to protecting personal data against theft; accidental loss; unauthorised alteration; unauthorised or accidental access, processing, erasure, use, disclosure or copying; and/or accidental or unlawful destruction.
When we have provided (or you have chosen) a password allowing access to certain benefits of our application/ websites, you are responsible for safeguarding it and keeping it confidential and you undertake not to allow it to be used by third parties. You are duty-bound to store the password in cryptographically hashed text that nobody can decrypt. Unfortunately, the transmission of information through the internet is not completely secure. Although we will take all reasonable commercial measures to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of any personal information or data you disclose online. In the facilitation and provision of services to the user, our application may contain certain links to third-party websites or applications. In the event user uses the third-party links to any websites or applications, the user shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy of that third party. This Privacy policy is only applicable to us and to the Application and services provided through us. 8. UPDATION OF INFORMATION
a) User of the Application shall be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information submitted to us and the information collected by us. If your personal information changes or you wish to no longer use the application/website, you may get in touch with us at support@moverscentre.com.au for the purpose of update or deletion of account credentials permanently. We will make good efforts to make requested changes in our then active databases as soon as reasonably practicable. If there are significant changes in the personal information to the personal information provided to us at the time of registration, we may undertake verification of your personal information.
b) If, upon modifying or changing the information earlier provided to Us, we find it difficult to permit access to the application to you due to insufficiency/ inaccuracy of the information, we may, in our sole discretion, terminate your access to the Application by providing you with a written notice to this effect on your registered email id.
9. RETENTION OF USER DATA
Our data retention policy requires that personal data be retained for no longer than required to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Even after your account is terminated, we will retain your Information/Data and Usage Information as needed to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, conclude any activities related to the cancellation of an account, investigate or prevent fraud and other inappropriate activity, to enforce our agreements, and for other business reason.
10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Our business is dynamic; therefore, we may add/ resume/suspend various features available on our application/ website from time to time to improve our operations and the way we do business. We reserve the right to update/ change this privacy policy without giving any prior notice. Any changes to this privacy policy shall be effective immediately upon posting the revised privacy policy on the Platform. Users are encouraged to review this page for changes to this privacy policy periodically. Your continued use of our application shall indicate your acceptance and acknowledgement of the changes, and therefore user shall be bound by the updated policy. In that case, ALLMOVERS hereby appoints Mr Amit Patel as our Grievance officer as data protection supervisory authority, who may be contacted through e-mail at grievanceofficer@moverscentre.co.au. Users are requested to address any of their questions/grievances/complaints/ feedback/concerns regarding this privacy policy or usage of their information data to the Grievance officer appointed under this policy.
